He’s tough and persistent. So far my abominable followers only manage to slow him down but he keeps on moving on. The wicked of all, disgusting lord of all evil is contemplating on his number one priority, the mighty angel of God sent to build the rock that will bring peace to the nations of the earth…sitting on his flaming throne, on top of burn-mountain.

“Your highness, you summoned this humble, most wicked servant in your devilish presence”.

“You’re right, Deevilitou. Long ago, I put you in charge against the angel Mikelous, to whom God sent on a mission on earth. He took the form of human flesh and now he’s on the verge of completing his glorious no-good-for-us mission. What plans do you have for him?”

“We have done our heinous best and we have succeeded to dog his steps…and kept his finances down and his pockets empty so he will not be able to move ahead”.

“You have to do more than that!”

“Your highness, the most impious of all, our most iniquitous servant on earth is doing his fiendish best. They succeeded in forcing Mikelous to leave his job, watched him closely so he will remain penniless, making sure that he will not be able to build that piece of rock, the root of his glorious mission”.

“But you incessantly committed blunder after blunder…now you let him have that computer and he’s using it against us. Tell me about your latest monstrous strategy”.

“My most immoral master, Luciferous, your highness, you already know that he plans to ‘self-publish’ his books…continuously writing novels and if he succeeds in that endeavor, he will eventually reach the top of his writing career and will be able to build the rock and succeed in his mission. So our most faithful, sinful Baddkaw, Abbalayou and rimbautoos, premeditated a subtle act. Abalayou and rimbautoos is fighting against each other by means of false accusations and Baddkaw, our doomed watcher, persuaded Tangata, the human partner of Mikelous, to be with her in the act of pacifying the two devils. She has a heart ailment, caused by our devils, but Mikelous managed to lessen her sufferings and she is well for quite a time now. Abbalayou got himself drunk on purpose that night after the deliberate fight and shouted in a very fearful manner in the hearing of Tangata. She felt great fear, enough to affect her heart and she should be taking expensive medication, but Mikelous used his ‘magic palm technique’ to heal her. Our forlorn devils are watching him closely...doing whatever is necessary…Mikelous can never ‘self-publish’ his books for a long time”.

“You’ve done your evil worth, Deevilitou, but my corrupt angel-spy in heaven informed me that Angeelous, one of Mikelous faithful friends in heaven will go down to earth to help him. She will bring Mikelous in an island provided by God to give him a fair fight. Our most depraved servants will never reach him there. Mikelous will be in control until he reaches the top. Once there, we all know what will happen next... It will be the start of our demise. Eventually, we, together with all the devils will be floating in the vast space and will continuously evade hurtling meteors for the rest of our desolate existence”.

“Your evil highness, we cannot touch Mikelous. God has encircled a glow around his physical presence and every time that he falls down, he is able to stand and move on. He will walk and not get weary; he will run and not get faint. Angeelous, the mighty She-angel, will bring the two great wings of an eagle for him and he will be able to soar high, untouched by our iniquity”.

“I don’t want to hear that!!” Luciferous is shouting in great fear and trembling. “Something must be done. The vilest and highest of evil-works must be enforced as SOP to all our devils”.

Deevilitou reminded him, “The last time we did that sort of thing…God’s anger was awakened…fiery rocks rained here in burn-mountain… all our evil followers were crushed and we survived because our cave is strong enough not to crush on us, unlike the others that cave-in. By the way, my over-zealous devil recently informed me about an unexpected occurrence… Mikelous has begun to use his burning power against us to the max. Pretty soon all our devils will burn to ever-nothingness. One thing more beset us…our recruiter of doomed-men have resigned”.

Luciferous is overwhelmed with great fear and hopelessness and his heart weakens. Deevilitou lays him down in a hot stone to rest. My poor horrendous master finally defeated himself. I will sit on his throne and rule Hell-kingdom.

 My most iniquitous Lord and master have recovered quickly. I’m about ready to start my evil rule and he’s back. This old devil just can’t enjoy a good rest. I better be careful and not let him see me sitting on this flaming throne…Deevilitou thought that Luciferous would stay in his hot bed for a long time – long enough to secure his stay in his throne, but to his dismay, the tenacious leader has awakened.

He gave out a grunt and opened his eyes. His eyeballs were deep-red in color. Seeing his most trusted devil standing beside his hot-stone bed, he raises his hand signaling him to help him stand up on his feet.

Deevilitou held his hand tightly until his master is upright. “I’m glad you’re up and well again, my most ambitious lord. Did you have a real hot rest? Our devils were worried about you”.

“I had a dream and in my dream the One enthroned in heaven laugh and then He scoffs at me”. He is pacing the flaming stone-floor beside his giant personal image carved in the stone-wall. “We’ll change our plans. I have thought of a better plan and I trust you to implement it to the letter”.

“You’re right in trusting me my wicked lord”. Deevilitou keeps a poker face to hide his aggravated pride. Here we are again. He wanted me to carry out his stupid campaign against his hard to beat foe. “Tell me about it”. I can’t wait to hear this… another losing strategy?

“We can keep God silent by doing good things”. Luciferous is ecstatic.

“What!!!” he is surprised by what he just heard? Quickly recovering from shock he said, “Do you want to live in heaven and enjoy the cool weather?” Deevilitou is now apprehensive about his master’s plan.

“You know that I can’t live in heaven and follow God’s rules. My enormous pride can’t accept that. What I’m saying is that we can help Mikelous by giving him what he wants”.

“We’re not surrendering to him, are we?”

“No! never, but we will help him acquire wealth, power and influence and when we have his trust, we will slowly pull him away from what God want him to do”. Luciferous is laughing loud now envisioning an inevitable win.

Finally my most evil master has come up with a winning tactic, he thought.  “You’re a genius, my lord”. I hope that we will win this time. I’m tired of losing from Mighty Mikelous. I can’t underestimate him anymore. Deevilitou grinned. “Surely, greed will overtake him. He will be a slave of his own wealth”. His whole hearted attention is now taken by his devil master. “Tell me the details of your ingenuity, my master”. Moving closer now to his lord.

“We know now that he knew everything. We knew everything but we don’t know what’s in his mind. He can still cheat us…I felt stupid…this time I’m gonna change all that”. He look around to make sure that nobody hears them talking. “Let’s send our beautiful and sexy Satiiana to persuade Mikelous to be with her in an island where we can watch him closely” and he winks at him.

“I don’t think he will bite the bait, my lord”, his face turning serious.

Sensing that he is stricken by jealousy, he warned him, “Don’t let your personal feeling get in the way of our plans, stupid devil! She’s the only one who can possibly influence him and with her intelligence, we can be sure that Mikelous will divulge all his secrets”.

“He will impregnate her…and they will have a baby”, and his emotions running high now. His mind is filled with a scenario that he has been dreaming all the time.

“It’s part of the plan. That way, he will be attached to her and she will have the right to follow him anywhere he goes. Remember that Angeelous is anxious to be with him but God didn’t approve it yet, so we will work one step ahead”. He let out a chuckle. “She’ll be our most valuable spy”.

“How can the alluring Satiiana be able to help him?”

“She’ll help him with the publishing of his books. As a chief editor, she has all the connections and will be able to guide him. She will become an invaluable asset to his passion. She only has to offer him guidance and partnership and he will stick to her side like a leech. Besides the fact that we will establish a publishing company and she will be working for us”. His face is now showing that wicked smile, as he always does when his heart is oozing with much confidence.

“We will do all this before Angeelous does”. Deevilitou grinned.

“So now you understand”, Luciferous laugh out loud.

Remembering something, Deevilitou looks worried and said, “Mikelous will eventually come close to the Fire of God. We had worked so hard to keep him out of there”, while looking intently at Luciferous eyes as if reading his mind.

“It’s insignificant now. He is already playing with fire and I can’t blame him. I overlooked the fact that God is in control and now, He gave him the power. The Fire of God will always be with him wherever he goes. He can do it anywhere”, his eyes narrowed as he said it. And lowering his eyes, he blurted, “I felt stupid!”

Mikelous is sitting on his white-colored chair, both hands over his chest, head resting on the chair’s headrest, doing his usual routine prayer, My Father, who art in heaven…pouring all his heart’s content to The Creator of heaven and earth…and ends his prayer with a murmur, “Thank you dear Lord”.

He’s unaware of what’s coming, not ready for the ensuing complications that will change his life and toss him into a new level of existence on earth.
